We empower professionals returning from career breaks and individuals transitioning into tech with industry-relevant Data, AI, and business skills — combining technical mastery with real-world confidence to thrive in today’s digital economy.
Over the past four years, we have trained 100+ data professionals, helping them successfully re-enter the workforce and step into future-ready careers.
Our organisation was born from a deeply personal observation.
Our founder Bhagya Reddy saw firsthand how talented, capable women and men struggled to return to work after career breaks — whether taken for caregiving, relocation, health, or personal growth. Despite their experience and potential, many faced outdated skill gaps, confidence loss, and limited access to structured re-entry pathways.
She believed career breaks should not define or diminish professional value.
With a vision to bridge this gap, she built this organisation to provide structured, modern upskilling in Data and Artificial Intelligence — empowering professionals with both technical depth and business readiness.
Recognising the rapid evolution of technology, the curriculum goes beyond tools and coding.
Because the future of AI must be not only intelligent — but ethical, inclusive, and responsibly governed.
Today, the organisation stands as a platform for transformation — helping professionals rebuild confidence, reclaim momentum, and return to work stronger than before.
